Chris Siegner, LCSW, Director of Symmetry Care
I have been the Director of the agency since July 2000. Prior to that I was employed at Oregon State Hospital working with severely psychiatrically impaired youth. I completed my Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Business at Linfield College in 1989. I started graduate school in 1997 and completed my Masters of Social Work at Portland State University in May 2000. I received my current social work license in 2003, after completing my clinical hours and passing the National exam for Social Workers.
Cathy Stauffer, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Masters in Addiction Counseling
I have been employed in the Mental Health industry for 18 years, with 14 of those years in Harney County. My current position at Symmetry care is Program Manager/Clinical Supervisor. Specialty services include EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for PTSD and trauma, Marriage and couple’s therapy, MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) for couples or Business Team Building.
LeeAnn Eaton, QMHA, CADCI
My duties are Peer Support Supervisor, Drug & Alcohol Counselor, ACT Team Lead, Case Manager, and Supported Employment Specialist.
Ashlee Voges, CSWA, QMHP, CADC I, CPS
I serve roles as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Mental Health Therapist at Symmetry Care, Inc. I have been working in this field since July, 2010.
Bruce Bailey, BS, QMHA
I am the Regional Youth Resource Specialist for the 16 GOBHI counties in Oregon. I also do part-time therapist work for Symmetry Care. I have been working in the mental health field in different positions (at Harney Behavioral Health/Symmetry Care), including case manager, skills trainer, and Family Care Coordinator since 2004.
Debra H. Hawkins, BS, QMHA
I have been working in the Regional Youth Resource Program (RYRP) for 10 years. The program works with Family Care Coordinators (FCC) in 16 counties under the umbrella of Greater Oregon Behavioral Health, Inc (GOBHI). The regional program helps to monitor at-risk children taking part in the Intensive Community-Based Treatment and Support Services (ICTS) in those counties. In July 2013, I assumed the duties of FCC for Harney County, along with the coordinator for RYRP.
Rose Hoffman, QMHA
I have been a Mental Health Case Manager since 2002. I was first hired by Harney Behavioral Health, and then carried on with my position when the agency privatized and became Symmetry Care. In this position, I advocate and coordinate services for my clients, along with facilitating a Life Skills Group weekly. For my non-group clients, I provide support and encouragement, along with teaching coping skills, to help them manage their psychiatric/mental health symptoms. I am also a Residential Specialist for our Adult Foster Home, Liberty House, and assist with care plans and annual inspections, along with being the Abuse Investigator for our agency.
Pam Brown, MS, QMHP
I have been working as a counselor since 1996. I have worked as a school counselor and most recently as a mental health counselor with youth and adults. I like teaching Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and dealing with trauma related issues. I am a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) with a MS in Health and Human Development and Mental Health Counseling.
Melodi Molt, BS, LTC#5267, EA#00100633
I graduated from the University of Alaska, Anchorage in 1984. I have been doing accounting and tax preparation for over 20 years. In 2011, I received enrollment to practice tax law before the Internal Revenue Service.
I have been working at Symmetry Care, Inc. since early in 2014. I oversee the finances of this nonprofit corporation. My duties include preparing the financial statements, preparing the annual budget, negotiating contracts, I oversee the electronic medical records systems and insurance billing, manage the company’s website, manage our insurance policies, verify employees are in compliance with HIPAA regulations, and entertain new ideas to keep Symmetry Care progressing forward in our quest to empower people to overcome their mental health and addictions barriers.
Jim Atwood, MS, QMHP
I have worked in the mental health field since 1978. I have been serving as the Independence Place Dual-Diagnosis Treatment Facility Administrator since 2011. My MS is in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
